The location is ideal for Aberdeen City shopping or night life. Very central but not on the busy route therefore quiet.

Gorgeous hotel with pleasant view over the park. Particularly good fantastic location, in a quiet area yet close to the city centre. Based close enough to shops and restaurants in Union St.

The room was nice
The attitude of the staff, they were very onfriendly. We were sent to a chamber which was already occupied. The breakfast in the room was of a bad quality and not very personal. There is no parking facility at the hotel. The internet connection did not work.

Great location close to Union Street but not too close.. Excellent staff in reception; friendly, informative, helpful, just really really nice ladies! Took care of housekeeping problems straight away. Clean. Nice layout of rooms. Loved mini-kitchen and lounge area in room.
Am glad I knew about no lift ahead of time and was prepared for steps. Should be made clearer in ads. Housekeeper did not provide enough towels etc for number of people in room. Also failed to provide enough breakfast for number of people in room.

location
not enough sound insulation, no hook for bathrobe in bedroom or bathroom,no small lamp beside sofa bed , receptionists not very welcoming or friendly, asked for repenishment of certain cereals - didn't happen. thought hire of sofa bed was special request when saw the price charged only to find out it was there anyway so the very high price was for linen only.

Location, location, location! Within very close walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars on Union St. Reception was friendly, and checking in and out was very easy.
There wasn't a lift in the 3 storey building, which wasn't specified on the site. Would've been nice to know on arrival that I would need to haul a 20kg suitcase up 3 flights of narrow stairs, with no offer of help from staff! No irons in the room, only in the 1st floor laundry.

Couple seeking comfort
We stayed in a One-Bedroom Suite and the bed was so comfortable it was like sinking into a cloud. The kitchen was a lifesaver for chilling drinks after a long day, we really appreciated that convenience.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but considering the comfort and location, it was still acceptable.

The fact that you seemed to have a mini apartment all to yourself, with the mini kitchenette area and living area seperate to the bedroom area and shower room. Was good to feel self sufficient whilst still within a hotel environment.
Room was booked for 2 people but only enough towels initially provided for one and had no continental breakfast provided on 2 out of the 3 nights that we stayed. Again had to ask for this to be provided.
